Due to a full order book our Hampshire based client are now looking for a number of welders to increase the number of their permanent staff. After a change of management in 2000 the company has grown from strenght to strength and specialises in various fabrication work with a large emphasis towards automotive jobs in UK.
The ideal engineering job candidates should have at least 5 years experience within MIG welding or have a previous coding in Mig welding. The majority of work will be on 2mm-12mm mild steel but general experience on all types of steel is advantageous. An understanding of drawings is essential.
The initial working hours will be days but will eventually go to a 2 shift pattern; 6am-2pm/ 2pm-10pm. Once on shifts a bonus of a time and a third will be paid.
